Fast automation

MX-16 and MX-32 can automatically extract high quality nucleic acid from up to 16 & 32 samples using magnetic particles within 30 ~ 120 minutes.

Use of pre-filled cartridges

 MX-16 and MX-32 are using disposable pre-filled cartridges to extract nucleic acid from up to 1 ml samples.

Consistent high yield

 By utilizing novel mixing & binding process called Mixing Bead Collection Technology (MBTC) , maximum amount of high quality nucleic acid can be extracted from various samples such as blood, tissue, plasma, serum and plant.
The typical yield or nucleic acid from MX-16 and MX-32 is 30% -100% more then that from other particle processers.

Mini preparation

 Up to 1 ml (MX-16 and MX-32, 1 ml for cell-free samples) can be added into the cartridge and the final 50 - 400 ul elution volume will be obtained.

Compact instrument size

 MX-16 and MX-32 were designed in small bench top size. The dimension is 360 mm * 455 mm * 466mm for MX-16 and 360 mm * 610 mm * 466 mm for MX-32.
